The Dream Team - West Holt Medical Services Employee Giving Employees know firsthand how donations make a difference, that is why many employees are generous donors. The Dream Team allows employees to direct their dollars where they feel they will make the most difference. Employees may utilize payroll deductions as a way to give all year long or may choose to give a gift through cash or check. If you are an employee and would like to join the Dream Team, please print and return the Employee Donation Response Card to the Foundation office or call 402-925-1956.
