About West Holt Medical Services



West Holt Medical Services is a proud part of Sanford Health System, a regional healthcare partnership that includes more than 140 facilities in South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska. Dedicated to providing healthcare services of the highest quality and value, Sanford works to keep patient care community-based while providing expanded services when needed.

Our campus consists of West Holt Memorial Hospital constructed in 1970 with remodeling project in 1997-98, and 2005-06. The hospital has 18 acute care beds, with emergency room, surgical suite and heliport on site. A 15,000 sq foot clinic and pharmacy are also on campus.
We also have a satellite clinic in Bassett, NE (37mi from Atkinson)
