We are currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Administration Department.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in business management or related field preferred.

Skills: 

  • Proficient in interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures of department and hospital.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a timely manner.

Primary Duties:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Administration Department.
  • Provide assistance and support by performing various confidential administrative assistant and secretarial responsibilities for the CEO and other Administration team members including Human Resources, Chief Nursing Officer, Marketing/Foundation, and Director of Finance.
  • Represents the administrative office to internal and external customers.
  • Provides secondary support to various hospital governing boards and committees.
  • Maintains all contracts, hospital licensures, certifications and organizational membership requirements. 
  • Responsible for preparing meeting agendas, supporting materials and minutes.
  • Acts as administrative liaison to hospital departments, medical staff and the public.
  • Plans, prioritizes and organizes diverse work load.
  • Other duties as assigned.
