Forest of Memories

West Holt Medical Services Foundation is bringing back the  Forest of Memories program for the 2020 holiday season. The Foundation will illuminate the hospital's front entrance from December 1 through January 15, with handcrafted lighted trees in memory or in honor of those you love. Each light will represent your loved one, whose names will be displayed in the glass walkway and on the Foundation's digital display.

Help us light up our Forest of Memories with a donation today:

• $10 per name.
• $125 for up to 15 names.
• $150 for up to 15 names plus take home a handcrafted lighted tree after the holidays*.
  
  *Deliveries of trees are available for local residents only (Atkinson, Stuart, O'Neill, Chambers, Emmet) or donor may pick up the tree at West Holt Medical Services after January 15. Shipping is not available.
