West Holt Memorial Hospital Scholarship Winners Announced

West Holt Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce that graduating seniors Madalyn Pistulka, Madison Kratz, Anel Monasterio, and Morgan Mitchell of West Holt have been awarded $1000 WHMH Healthcare Scholarships for 2026.

Additionally, Lauren Winkelbauer and Ramsee Hofer of St. Mary’s, and Mason Knox of Chambers were awarded $500 scholarships.

Pistulka plans to attend the College of St. Mary, majoring in Nursing.

Kratz plans to attend UNK, majoring in Nursing.

Monasterio is also attending UNK, with a dual major in Nursing and Spanish Interpretation.

Mitchell plans to attend UNL, Majoring in nursing.

Winkelbauer will be a Biology major at UNL, with plans to become a physician.

Hofer will major in Nursing at Southeast Community College.

Knox plans to attend UNL, majoring in Nutrition and Health sciences with plans to become a Physician’s Assistant.

WHMH has annually awarded two $500 scholarships to a graduating seniors seeking a post-secondary education in a healthcare related field. The amount and number of scholarships was expanded this year to help even more of these exemplary students who are entering high needs fields.
