Physical Therapist
West Holt Medical Services has an opening for a Physical Therapist (24-40 hours per week) in our Therapy Department! Join our team and make a meaningful impact every day by helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. In this role, you will design and deliver personalized therapy programs that restore function, prevent disability, and support patients in reaching their highest level of independence. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, establish measurable goals, and complete thorough documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries. Our Physical Therapist works with patients of all ages and conditions, providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive environment. You may also lead in-services and community education to promote wellness and injury prevention.
Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program, licensed or license-eligible in Nebraska, and committed to lifelong learning.
